Today, LTO R4A Regional Director, Atty. Noreen Bernadette S. San Luis-Lutey alongside with Assistant Regional Director, Atty. April R. Casabuena, Administrative Chief, Maria Victoria Margarita V. Arellano and Finance and Management Division Chief, Meivis T. Orense-Fabregas, warmly welcomed Anti-Red Tape Authority Regional Head for Southern Luzon, Dr. Karl Joseph D. Sanmocte.

In the said visit, LTO and ARTA discussed its partnership in promoting a clean, just, highly efficient, technology-enabled and people-centered government services by conducting good regulatory practices, streamlining and re-engineering of processes, collaboration, and application of technology.
