On the 25th day of January, the Land Transportation Office Region 3 conducted a “Retooling Seminar for all LTO R3 and SFDO Employees” as part of their Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
Through the leadership of Regional Director Eduardo C. De Guzman and Assistant Regional Director Glorioso Daniel Z. Martinez, discipline and rightful conduct were enforced among the Regional Office and San Fernando District Office’s personnels.
In line with the office’s mission is to reorient and seminar on Republic Act 4136 and Republic Act 10930.
